**The store will only forward the defective items to the agent for processing, and will not replace the item immediately, and the replacement process will take three to six months**
When the customer finds the product is defective (e.g., poorly molded model parts, defective paint, defective parts, wrong parts, etc.), the customer can apply for a replacement of the item within seven days from the date of receipt. We will confirm the inventory with the supplier and send the defective product to the agent for further processing with the assistance of our store. Please note that the agent has the right to refuse your request for replacement, and all decisions are subject to the agent's discretion.
Model products: For products with complete contents, the box must have the complete agent's sticker, and the plastic bag for packing parts is considered as the internal plastic bag and must be unopened, once opened, it will not be accepted. Note that the model box is regarded as a packing box, and any damage to it shall not be regarded as a defect of the product itself.
Prebuild products (SHF,MB) : Opened packages are accepted, but must have all contents in their current state (the box must have the full agency sticker and will not be accepted if it is damaged).
The box may be damaged due to logistic problems, and will not be included in the scope of return or exchange.

To ensure your rights, please keep the invoice and the warranty certificate (if any) inside the package.
(I) Return and Exchange Procedure

2. When applying for a refund or exchange, please provide the customer service department with the order number, product name, photos of the current condition of the product, and a brief description of the damage.
3. Our store will forward the report of the problem product to the agent for further processing.
4. Once the request is accepted, please return the whole box of product with the receipt to our store and send it to the agent by our online store.
5. Once the replacement is completed by the agent, we will notify the customer to get the product(s) back.
(II) Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to return or exchange products that are not defective. Please note that the box is not included in the product content and we do not accept damaged boxes as a reason for return or exchange.
We do not accept color difference as a reason for return or exchange. We try our best to show the exact color of the products on our website. Products may be slightly modified under the supervision of the copyright holder, the actual color of the goods shall prevail.
If you are unable to return the item in person, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is returned due to personal reasons, such as not reaching the desired delivery time, wrong choice, or the product is not suitable for your needs, the store will not accept the return.
The free shipping offer is not applicable to return or exchange.
The product must be in its original packaging and must be kept clean at the time of return.
Due to high shipping costs and complicated processing procedures, all orders shipped overseas cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns of special gifts/prizes/items included in a questionable item must be returned together with the item, otherwise, the store will not accept the return.
(III) Items do not match the order
To prevent fraud and to protect the interests of our online store, we will take photos of the contents of the order and file them for confirmation before sending out the products.
If we do not send out the correct product, we will bear the shipping cost for the return of the product.
