Q. What is the address of the store?
A. The address is: Room 01, 12/F, Lancashire Centre, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong, please use MTR to get there.

Q. Is it possible to make it cheaper?
A. We are a small store in the district, we hope our customers can understand.

Q. Is it open every day?
A. Please check our website and social media for updates, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email, social media page, official WhatsApp.

Q. How to contact us?
A. Whatsapp (Message only): 60649484 for urgent enquiries, and below the store (at the bottom) are all the contact methods, for those who choose SF Express delivery, we have already sent our business card to you, please contact us with the card.

Q. Can I return an extra item immediately?
A. No, we do not refund once you have paid for the item, but we can do so under special circumstances.

Q. Can I return an item?
A. No, we do not accept returns on paid items.

Q. I can't return or exchange the same item, can I exchange it for a more expensive one?
A. No.

Q. Will you give me back the product immediately after exchange?
A. No. Assuming that you are eligible for an exchange, we will collect the defective item from you and pass it on to the supplier, then wait for the supplier to process the item.

Q. When I receive a broken item, what should I do?
A. We will ask our logistics contractors to pack the goods properly before sending them out, if necessary, please contact the relevant logistics contractors to deal with it.

Q. Can I send my order in a box?
A. Of course you can, you can specify it in the order notes when you place your order, or you can make a request through the order notes/social media page/official WhatsApp as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that requests made after the items have been shipped out will not be entertained and will be sent at your own risk.

Q. Can I make a note in the order form that I want the perfect box?
A. In recent years, Bandai has begun to use environmentally friendly materials for the outer box, so we are unable to ensure that the box is 100% perfect, if you have a requirement for the box, you may choose to pick up the box from the store.

Q. How should I do when I got a flaw item ?
A. We define it as a defective item (e.g. bad injection, missing parts, etc.) At the request of our supplier, we will not accept any modeled products once the bag is opened, so be sure to check the bag when you receive the product.

If the bag is not opened, customers can indicate the situation in the order note/social media page/official WhatsApp or go to the store by themselves within 7 days, and we will assist you.

Customers who purchased at the store can open the box for inspection after payment.

Q. Is there any reserved ?
A. Yes, please full paid immediately. Verbal confirmation cannot be used for reserving items.

Q. How long can the store reserve an item ?
A. 14 opening days, if the product is not claimed after 14 opening days, we will charge you HKD$150 storage fee.

Q. Can I get more  limited items?
A. No, please follow the rules, if found, the order will be canceled; if the order has been paid, all payment of the order will be forfeited.

Q. What happens after 48 hours paid/not paid ?
A. After 48 hours of non-payment/late payment, the order will be canceled automatically without prior notice, and if a refund is required, a handling fee of HKD$150 will be charged.

Q. does the Gundam model kits are knock off?
A. All of our Gundam model kits are BANDAI products.

Q. Can I request the spare parts ?
A. No, we are only responsible for defective products.

Q. I am living in foreign country, how can I place order ?
A. You are welcome to contact us via email/social media page/official WhatsApp 6064 9484(Message only).
