HOBBY LINKIN (hereinafter referred to as we) respects the privacy rights of anyone who uses the pages of this website or participates in our activities or registers to use our services or online content, including but not limited to the products and services of our partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). We will ensure that the personal data collected, transmitted, stored and used will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”). By providing personal data to us, you are deemed to have agreed to this privacy policy.
The term “personal data” has the meaning ascribed to it in the Ordinance.
Purpose and Use of Personal Data Collected
You are not required to provide any personal data in order to browse or use this website and mobile applications. When you register to use our services or online content, we collect your personal data to enable us to provide you with our services. You may refuse to provide personal data to us, but in such case, we may not be able to provide you with the Services. Personal data may be transferred to places outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region where operationally necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data were collected or a directly related purpose. Any such transfer of data will be in accordance with the provisions and restrictions of the Ordinance.

If you select or provide a user identification code, password or any other information as part of a security program, you must treat this information as confidential. You may not disclose it to any third party. If your mobile phone number is used for account registration, you should ensure that it is updated in a timely manner by logging into your account under “Account Information” when your cell phone number is changed or returned to your mobile operator. This is important to ensure that your account information is not accessed by third parties who may have acquired the right to use your returned cell phone number. You are responsible for protecting your account in this particular manner. We are not responsible for this.
Unless we are required by law to retain your personal information for a specific period of time, we will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose for which it was collected or a directly related purpose.

1. Services
1.1 We are HOBBY LINKIN (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and we own and operate the Website, which provides a convenient mode of shopping through the Internet (including through the use of applications or software).
1.2 By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1.3 We reserve all rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of our Website and our Services shall be deemed to constitute your agreement to accept the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Meaning of Certain Terms and Conditions:
1.4.1 “We” is a reference to (the name or names of the person providing the Services or the Website).
1.4.2 “You” is a reference to the person to whom we provide the Services or deliver the Goods and the person who is required to pay for the Goods delivered by us.
1.4.3 “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, images, combinations of moving visual images or sounds and images, sound effects, computer programs and other materials selected, displayed or used on or in connection with our Website.
1.4.4 “Goods” means goods or services that you have ordered and will pay for through our Website.
1.4.5 “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all patents, trademarks, domain name rights, design rights, copyright and database rights (whether or not registered and the right to apply for registration of any of the foregoing or to apply for registration in respect of any of the foregoing), rights in confidential information, and all other Intellectual Property Rights of a similar or consequential nature which now exist or may hereafter exist anywhere in the world.
1.4.6 “Services” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 1.1.
1.4.7 “Supplier” means the sellers and suppliers of goods that you order through our Website.

1.4.9 “User Content” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.1.
2. Registration
2.1 You are required to register with us when you use the Services or make an Order.
2.2 You represent to us and to all suppliers of goods through our Website that all orders made by you through our Website will be made within the scope of your authority to enter into contracts.
2.3 In consideration of your use of our Services, you agree that:
2.3.1 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you when completing the Registration Form; and
2.3.2 maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to ensure that it is true, accurate, current and complete. We have the right to suspend or terminate your registration if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
3. Ordering
3.1 By placing an order, you are purchasing the Goods from the Supplier at the price specified for the Goods. Once you have placed an order, you may not cancel it, even if we have not accepted or rejected your order.
3.2 Our acceptance of your order will only cover the goods referred to in the confirmation and may not cover all the goods you have ordered. If this is the case, your order for that part of the order will only be accepted when we have issued a further confirmation of acceptance for the remaining items in your order.
3.3 Stock availability of Goods is displayed online and will be updated regularly by the Supplier. However, it should not be relied upon as a definitive statement that the goods you intend to purchase are actually in stock.
3.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
3.4.1 insufficient stock of the goods you have ordered;
3.4.2 failure to arrange delivery to your area; or
3.4.3 the price indicated for one or more of the Goods ordered by you is incorrect due to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by the Supplier.
3.5 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email or SMS and will credit your account as soon as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days from the date of your order for any amount charged to your credit card by us. You accept that we shall not be liable to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 We will use all commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our Website. However, as the prices of the various types of goods on sale are updated from time to time, we will not be able to list the exact price before we accept your order.
4.2 If the price of an item is higher at the time we intend to accept your order than the price at which you placed your order, then we will
4.2.1 cancel your order, or
4.2.2 contact you to enquire whether you wish to pay the higher price or cancel your order.
4.3 If we cancel your order and you have made any payment, we will refund to you any amount charged to your credit card by us. You agree and accept that we are not liable to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
4.4 We only accept payment by Payme, MoneyGram, Alipay, bank-in/transfer, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. By placing an order, you authorize us to make payment by the credit card specified by you for the amount of the goods at the time we accept your order. Title to the goods will not pass to you until payment is received.
4.5 We use a third party payment service to conduct online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider subject to their terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively liable for any loss incurred or suffered by you in connection with your credit card transactions and that we shall not be liable for any such loss in whole or in part under any circumstances.
5. Delivery
5.1 Deliveries are made by courier from Monday to Sunday, except on the first two days of the Lunar New Year and when typhoon warning signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered goods from our stores and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of the order or refund to you.
5.2 We will deliver the Goods you have ordered to the delivery address you have provided through our staff or a third party supplier. The goods are deemed to be delivered to and accepted by you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided by you. If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of the Goods, you agree and accept that we have the option to charge you an additional fee or cancel your order without refund or compensation.
5.3 Unless otherwise specified, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within 72 hours of accepting your order and pre-orders will be delivered within 72 hours of the goods going on sale.
5.4 Any time and date for dispatch of Goods or the time required for delivery is an estimate only. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of an order or refund to you.
5.5 You will become the owner of the goods you have purchased when they are delivered to you. When Goods are delivered to you, you will hold the Goods at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
5.6 Unless otherwise specified, a delivery charge of HK$25 will be levied for each delivery in Hong Kong and Macau. We currently offer free delivery for orders over HK$500.
5.7 When a customer uses a shipping box for packing, there is a chance that the difference will need to be reimbursed.
6 Returns or Exchanges
6.1 Dion will not accept returns of any goods upon request for replacement by the Distributor.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not represent or warrant that access to our Website (including the use of mobile applications or software) or any part thereof will be uninterrupted, reliable or faultless.
7.2 We do not represent or warrant to you that our Website or any of its contents will be accurate, complete or reliable.
8. Promotional Codes, Promotional Codes and Coupons
8.1 Promotional codes, coupon codes and vouchers provided by us are for one-off purchases made through our Website and are subject to the Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Promotional codes, promo codes and vouchers are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. Any remaining unused amount will be voided.
8.3. If your order is canceled for any reason or if you are eligible for a refund, the promotional code, promo code or coupon used in the order will be void and we will not be required to issue a refund or make any compensation.
We reserve all rights to terminate or change the above offers at any time and from time to time without notice. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
These terms and conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions.
9. Merchandise Inventory Problems and Force Majeure Factors
9.1 We are committed to providing you with a wide range of models, modeling tools, paints and consumables. As the arrival, counting, shelving and stocking of goods involves manual labor, we have endeavored to ensure that all goods are accurately stocked and we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of our stock, and we will not be able to provide any guarantee in the event of insufficient stock, damage to the goods (e.g. moisture), and other force majeure factors such as fire, accidents, acts of God, natural disasters, any other factors which may cause the goods to be lost to us. government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any authorities, strikes, labor disputes or controversies, labor or technical personnel shortages, shortages or lack of supply of products and raw materials, delays in shipment, and any other cause beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to the foregoing and the foregoing, which renders us unable to perform our obligations under this Website, we shall not be liable for the same to the extent that we are unable to perform our obligations under this Website. 9.2 We will complete the process within five working days and deal with it in the manner set out below:

10. Payment Matters
10.1 If you choose to use PAYME / FPS / bank-in as your payment method when you place an order, you must complete the payment within 48 hours and upload the payment record to the order notes / contact us for confirmation, after 48 hours of non-payment / late payment, we will automatically cancel the order without further notice, if you need to make a refund, we will charge you an additional HKD$150 In case of refund, we will charge you a handling fee of HKD$150.
10.2 The period of storage is 14 days, if the product is not collected after 14 days, we will charge you HKD$150 storage fee.
11.About the products that have been set up a limited number of purchases
For various reasons, some products are subject to quantity limitations (e.g. one item/unit/box/case per person), please do not place duplicate orders. Once discovered, the paid order will be withheld without further notice; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
12.Terms and conditions of booking and related disclaimer
1. Payment of deposit (credit card will be charged an additional 3.5% handling fee (except for some free shipping items) at the time of payment) will be shown on the checkout page, and the remaining balance is required to be paid upon arrival of the item(s).
2. You must pick up the goods within 7 working days/days/business hours from the date of delivery notification. If you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have abandoned the goods, and the ordered goods and deposit will not be refunded without further notice.
3. Once you have read and paid the deposit, you agree to the terms and disclaimer in its entirety and we will treat this transaction as voluntary, non-coercive, in good mental condition and with good understanding of the language, therefore, once you have successfully pre-ordered an item, the order cannot be canceled: no refunds/alterations of purchased items or additional money to change to a different style.
4. The final style of the product, the addition or deletion of the contents, the coloring style, the title of the title may be subject to change due to the supervision of the copyright holder, all subject to the final shipment.
5. Payment for the goods can be made by opening the box for inspection (e.g. to confirm the contents), if there is damage to the contents (e.g. missing parts / damaged parts / serious defects in the parts (e.g. fingerprints / blisters / serious / overflow of color / stains of glue), we will apply to the agent to replace the goods for you, based on the limited stock in the store and the agent's right to make the final decision, we can not replace the same goods on the spot for the customer. 6. For missing or broken parts, please contact us within 7 days/working days/business hours after the sale, after which we will refuse to provide replacement for you.
7. Toys and some products will be shipped in cartons (brown cartons/cardboard cartons of any color printed in the manufacturer's default language). The shipping carton (brown box/coffee box/cardboard box) is not part of the contents of the item and therefore we do not perform or provide any form of after-sales service for all shipping labels, damages and defects of the shipping carton and problems with the outer box (e.g. dents, tears, etc.).
8. Goods shipment date may be due to various force majeure factors such as production conditions, disease, war, the manufacturer's business decisions and changes, the final shipment date of goods by the official website, please pay attention to the relevant official announcements shall prevail, if because of the factors mentioned above and incur losses incurred by the customer, unless the manufacturer takes the initiative to refund the money, otherwise the store will not make any refunds, please forgive me.
9. We do not accept all reasons (e.g. the purchaser is a minor; the purchaser is mentally incapacitated) for refunding the deposit paid, and we reserve the right to pursue the matter.
10. If your booking is made involuntarily, there is a possibility that you may be involved in personal disputes, criminal, fraudulent, misleading, coercive, bullying, etc. Please contact the Hong Kong law enforcement agencies to deal with the matter. We reserve the right to pursue any damages incurred.
